MARRIAGE LICENSE
	Marriage License Requirements:   • One of the following picture ID's are needed: Passport, military ID, state issued ID or driver's license.   •If you don't have one of these forms of IDs you must bring a certified birth certificate and a Social Security card.   • If incarcerated, a letter of approval from the warden for the incarcerated person and identification from the other party.   •There is no waiting period, but they must get married within 30 days of obtaining a license.   •No blood test is required.   •If one of the persons has had a divorce within the last six months, that person must show a copy of the divorce papers.   •If either person is under 18 years of age, both parents must be present to sign a consent form.
